RETURNS & EXCHANGES - If you are unhappy with your purchase, message me within 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY and let's do our best to come to a resolution. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will pay any shipping fees that are incurred. I will not accept used items or items that the seal has been broken. If you would like a refund for returned items, your full refund (minus shipping fees) will be given upon receipt of the item and I will message you to let you know it's condition upon arrival. The refund will be issued at that time if there are no problems with the product. I do not give refunds, returns, or exchanges on Custom Orders. 

DAMAGED ITEM(S): If an item you purchased arrives damaged, send me a photo of the damaged packaging and your purchase item(s) within 3 days of delivery. Upon receiving proof of damage, we can work together to come to a resolution. Replacements, partial refunds, or full refunds will not be discussed without picture proof. Minor damage such as chipping, cracking, denting, or minor crushing may occur during shipment on certain items. These issues do not render the item unusable and will not be eligible for refunds or replacement, although I will consider each circumstance on a case by case basis. No returns or exchanges on items that have been used.

After this timeline, I will no longer send replacements or issue refunds. This service is a courtesy and will be considered on a case by case basis. Please message me with any issues before leaving negative feedback to afford me the opportunity to make things right.

***Some variations in the shading of colors and/ or fragrance does occur in handmade small batch soap/bath product making and should be expected. Please allow for this when making your purchase.***
